Contents clean, but for a tiny stain to right margin of one page; covers lightly toned, edgeworn, with some light dust-soil and a few faint stains; Very Good+.

Third and final issue of this short-lived Massachusetts-based poetry magazine (this one, for unknown reasons, published in New York). Contents include contributions by Bernadette Mayer, Lewis Warsh, William Corbett, James Tate, and Clark Coolidge. A nicely inscribed copy, connecting three major New York School figures.
