Original sheep over marbled boards; printed paper spine label; 310pp. Ownership signature of Representative Luther L[evi] Todd to title page, dated 1816. Front endpaper lacking, else a straight, sturdy copy, boards rubbed but text complete and generally clean, though with uniform darkening throughout; Good and sound.

A complete record of the 24th (here mistakenly stated to be the 23rd) session of the Kentucky House of Representatives; ex-libris Levi Luther Todd (1781-1867), son of Kentucky pioneer Gen. Robert S. Todd, member of one of the founding families of Lexington, KY and a cousin of Mary Todd Lincoln. Very few physical holdings appear to exist for the Journal prior to the Civil War; this a well-preserved copy with distinguished provenance. HRS KY 602.
