Autographed Advertising Trade Card for the 1934 Plymouth Six

[Chicago: 1933-34]. Original photographic advertising post-card, 5-1/2" x 3-1/4". Autographed in pencil below text. Old creases; rubbing to edges, rounding to corners; just Very Good. Signature is slightly faint but fully legible.

Oldfield (1878-1946) was America's first automobile-racing superstar, known both for speed (he was the first driver in history to break the 1-minute mile, the first of numerous speed records) and his daring stunt-driving. This card was produced for distribution at the Plymouth pavilion at the 1933 Century of Progress Exposition in Chicago. An uncommon autograph.
