Commemorative booklet produced by The December 4th Committee, a group formed by Akua Njeri (formerly Deborah Johnson), a Chicago Black Panther and former fiancée of slain Panther leader Fred Hampton. The booklet was produced for distribution for a week-long series of events leading up to the 20th anniversary of Hampton's murder on December 4, 1969. Contents include a calendar of events, and a detailed history of Hampton's murder, including excerpts from his speeches and remembrances. Illustrated throughout.
