Presumably answering a solicitation for favorite recipes, the acclaimed African-American contralto sends along her instructions for making "Norman Sauce." Signed in full, "Marian Anderson" at conclusion. Anderson was born and attended high school in Philadelphia; her connection to Cameron County High School, in. the small town of Emporium in rural Northwest Pennsylvania, is unclear.
