Fawcett (England); Anna Schepler-Lette and Jenny Hirsch (Germany); Elsie van Calcar (Holland); Johanna Leitenberger (Austria), etc. The entry on France was written by Theodore Stanton, fourth son of Elizabeth Cady Stanton, who was also the editor of the volume. Rather uncommon in trade.
