The novelization for the sequel to Romero's Night of the Living Dead, and in many ways the most influential piece of zombie fiction ever, in terms of scope and setting. An immensely important work in the zombie horror genre, without which we would have no Walking Dead, no Dead Island, no Dead Rising, no World War Z, or indeed the majority of the shambling undead apocalypses we've all lived through since Romero first filled a shopping mall with flesh-eating walkers. Scarce.
