A scarce public-school textbook, clearly intended for students bound for clerkships and secretarial positions. Allwine was a former Principal of Schools in Berkeley Springs, W.Va. This item very scarce - not previously seen by us in 30 years of selling books in Winchester; two copies located in OCLC (Library of Virginia and LC).
