With the sincere regards of R G Hazard." Tight and unfaded, rubbed at head and tail, with signs of biopredation to cloth, occasional contemporary pencil marks: Very Good. Hazard was a Rhode Island reformer, politician, industrialist, and abolitionist; this letter is the result of a friendship with John Stuart Mill.
