Possibly one-off community newsletter for residents of the Powelton Village neighborhood of Philadelphia. Invites citizens to a "Public Action to confront PVDA's management with Tenants' Demands;" includes a detailed account of a confrontation between landlords, Philadelphia police, and student-tenants from nearby Cheyney State University, the oldest HBCU in the U.S. OCLC notes a single catalogued copy, in the anarchist studies collection at University of British Columbia.
