From the Mark Skinner Library, Manchester, VT, with bookplate to front pastedown, embossed stamp to t.p., stamp to first page of text, pencil call number above table of contents, pocket for library card to rear pastedown, and paper label at base of spine. A study copy, ex-library, with spine lightly faded, edges gently rubbed, internally clean: Good. The lettering on the binding is reminiscent of Margaret Armstrong, though the title is not in Gullans-Espey.
