Second published collection by the poet, experimental filmmaker, and tangential Warhol Factory figure, Willard Maas (1906-1971). Maas and his partner/collaborator Marie Menken produced, among many other projects, two biographical short films about Andy Warhol (Andy Warhol's Silver Flotations, 1966; and Andy Warhol, 1965). Maas and Menken have been described as "...a legendary couple in the New York art world, not only for their influential underground films, but also for their lavish parties and salons, which brought together artists, writers, filmmakers and intellectuals. According to Warhol, "Willard and Marie were the last of the great bohemians.
