[New York: G. Long, Printer], 1816. First Edition. 12mo (19.5cm.); removed; 12,12pp. Extremities rather brittled and chipped, rear leaf nearly separated, else a Good untrimmed copy.
A note on p. 4 states: "The Catalogue not being yet ready will be published hereafter, in a form which will admit of its being annexed to, and bound up with, the [present] Bye Laws, as now printed," though the Catalogue appears never to have been published. The present work continues with a brief prospectus for the Society, founded in 1810, as well as its by-laws. OCLC locates two copies as of June, 2020, both in New York, erroneously describing this pamphlet as just 12pp.
