Boards show mild soiling, abrasions and material wear, especially to extremities; lower leading corners gently bumped; spine cocked; textblock partially detached from boards, with exposed lining/super; foxing intermittent throughout text. Little He and She is the sixth novel by the prolific Grace Denio Litchfield, who was also well respected for her short stories, poems, and verse. Aimed for younger readers, it tells a heartwarming tale of two aggressively adorable moppets who reunite their curmudgeonly old uncle with his long estranged (but equally curmudgeonly) sister. With frontispiece and seven plate illustrations in b/w, by Louis Meynelle.
