Attractive poster for an exhibition of painting, poetry, drawing, sculpture, photography, and video at the Galeria de la Raza in San Francisco, held between January 26 - February 27, 1988. Signed "Brooke / Fireworks" in plate, along lower right margin; Fireworks Graphics was the propaganda arm of the Prairie Fire Organizing Committee, a radical New Left organization with roots in the Weather Underground of the 1970s. OCLC notes a single holding at Michigan State, though we note another held by OMCA, and some smaller associated emphemera elsewhere. Original illustrated poster, silkscreened in three colors on white stock, measuring 48cm x 63.5cm (19" x 25"). Mild signs of handling along right margin, else Near Fine / A (unbacked).
