Dustwrapper pitted and soiled, with tearing and rolling along edges; front panel has two closed tears, plus one on rear. Chipping w/ loss of material along bottom front edge, and crown and heel of spine. Hinges chapped. Inner flap price-clipped. Sticker on rear panel. Wrappers just Very Good. Introduces children to many notable creatures of Japanese lore, such as Manekineko, Kappa, and Tengu. Also features an explanation of the Japanese zodiac. Illustrated in color throughout.
