Our text page (with the plate mark) contains stanzas 2 - 11; 11 is the concluding stanza. Stanza one is on p. 3, with music. American Imprints 44-44-3263, recording two copies and calling for 5 pages. Neither D & S nor Imprints identify the publisher, but we also have an inscribed copy (by Hutchinson), that is published by Henry Prentiss. OCLC lists both.
