Strip of yellowing to lower edge of front board, else Near Fine in a Very Good+ dustjacket, showing light wear to extremities, and some fairly pronounced yellowing to spine and edges of the front panel. Laid into this copy is an original 4" x 6" black and white photograph, signed by Calfee in black sharpie, and inscribed by her to Lee on verso.

Book comprised of photographs taken as part of a years-long project by Calfee, documenting the social life of the people in the Mongolian highlands.
