[Port-au-Prince: School of Typography J.B. Damier, 1928]. First Edition. Slim octavo (18cm.); publisher's grey printed card wrappers; 50pp.; typographically decorative borders printed in brown throughout. Minor wear and toning to wrappers, else Very Good and sound. Quite uncommon collection of poems by a member of the U.S. occupation of Haiti (1915-1934). This appears to have been Freeman's only foray into poetry, his other works listed in the NUC all relating to agriculture and crop farming. We find one copy of this title in OCLC as of November, 2018, in the Barbados; not in the NUC.
