Poster issued by the Dutch organization the Bond Werkschuw Tuig (translation: Federation of Work-Shy Riff Raff). The term was first used in the 1960s in reference to the young men whose long hair and style linked them to the cultural revolution of the decade; the term had since been adopted by this workers' rights organization.
