Rumsey" with contemporary (1815) newsclipping of a Scott poem mounted inside original marbled endpaper (preserved here), late 19th- and early 20th-century manuscript ownership inscriptions and bookplate. A Very Good, handsomely bound copy. All three cancels listed in Todd & Bowden present, with the exception of leaf c1, p. xvii, line 5, which retains the original "First lerges." TODD & BOWDEN 28Aa.
