Octavo (19cm.); original cloth in white pictorial dust jacket; 272pp.; frontispiece and 10 plates of illustrations by various authors, including James Daugherty. Large (3.5 x 2 inches) loss to top edge of rear jacket panel affecting text of publisher's advertisements, additional minimal shelf wear, extremities reinforced with tape on jacket verso; fine in a flawed, but still presentable, dust jacket. In the binding variant red "V" cloth, issued without the inserted leaf of Lewis's handwriting in facsimile.
