The English fascist's attacks on the new Bretton Woods system of finance, hailing Hitler's own monetary reforms of removing Germany from the gold standard as "surely to be regarded as being of primary importance to any school of genuine monetary reform" (p. 4). Uncommon in either printing, U. Manchester (UK) only in OCLC as of June, 2020, while a search for the 1939 edition yields just four holdings.
