Minimal external wear; faint upper marginal stain to a few leaves (not approaching text), else internally clean and unmarked; Near Fine. One of those dreary little volumes of competent didactic verse with which the first decades of the century were littered, this made perhaps more interesting by the inclusion of two poems of regional interest -- one an acrostic, "The Home City," an encomium to the author's native city of Tacoma, Washington (YOU'LL_LIKE_TACOMA); the other "After Rain," a paean to the Pacific Northwest.
