Campaign leaflet. Undated, but probably issued for the 1932 Massachusetts gubernatorial election. Alfred Baker Lewis ran for Massachusetts Governor in 1930, 1932, 1934 and 1936. No mention is made here of national candidates, so we would presume the leaflet to be from an off-year election.
