Pamphlet by the Honorary Secretary of the Anti-Apartheid Movement, a position Minty held from 1962 to 1995. This account of the defense strategy of apartheid South Africa would galvanize the organization of a campaign to terminate the Simonstown Agreement between South Africa and Britain, a naval cooperation agreement between the two countries originally signed in 1955 and finally terminated in 1975.
