Chicago: [Socialist Club of the University of Chicago], 1938. First Edition. Reprints the resolutions of the Second International (1920) with a foreword signed by Craine and three others (Albert GATES, Quentin OGREN, and Norman SANDERS), all apparently student Socialists at the University of Chicago. The foreword states that the booklet was "...the outgrowth of a class held by the Socialist Club at the University of Chicago in the fundamentals of Marxism applied to the present epoch of decay capitalism" and that, since the resolutions "are now virtually unobtainable...their re-issuance is one of the primary tasks of the 4th Internationalist movement in the education of its ranks." Uncommon. OCLC notes 6 locations. Craine became a leading American Trotskyist in the 1930s-40s. Quarto (28cm).
